Options to pay for the items you won at auction

auction hammer and cash
Make sure to pay on time
You've won the items you bid on at auction! Now you need to pay for them. Does the auction company accept credit cards, PayPal, Zelle-pay or?
Always read the terms and conditions of any auction you participate in and verify what payment options they offer. Most auction company's take at least credit cards and all take cash. The best options is when various payment types are offered such as Credit cards, PayPal, Zelle-pay, Apple-pay, Android-pay and any other convenient type of payment form. Be aware as some auction company's still take only cash ´╗┐as a form of payment. Most no longer accept checks even bank drawn cashiers checks are not accepted in many auction companies today. With the advent of so many different electronic payment options, there is really no need to take checks anymore.
Make sure to pay on time as well. most auctions are a liquidation of everything in the building because the tenant or owner needs it empty as soon as possible. Be aware of the auction pick up days and make sure to arrive in time to load your own items as many auction companies require the buyer to "load their own".
Also be aware that some auction companies including Independent Associates reserve the right to send a non-paying bidder to collections for the full amount of the invoice bid on and won if they do not pay. When a customer doesn't pay the auction company must explain this to the seller creating undo stress on both the auctioneer and the seller who just wants the stuff gone. Always keep in mind when you bid in an auction you agree to the terms and conditions of that auction and must abide by those terms and conditions legally. In terms and conditions the buyer is " financially obligated for items purchased whether buyer takes possession of items won or not. ". So be aware and make sure to pay for and pick up your items so you retain your bidding privileges and can continue to buy great bargains at
